Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with Apple Pay,
Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery. You can also split your purchase into 4
interest-free instalments using [Tabby / Tamara — keep whichever you've
integrated] .

Do you offer 0% instalment plans?

Yes — through [Tabby / Tamara] at checkout, you can split any purchase into
4 interest-free payments. For larger orders, your bank may also offer EMI
conversion on credit card transactions; please check with them directly.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available on orders up to AED 3,000 . A service fee of AED 15 applies per COD order. Payment is collected in AED upon delivery.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No — guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save delivery addresses, and check out faster on future purchases.

Delivery

What is the delivery time for online purchases?
  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 2–5 business days
  • Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 3–7 business
    days
  • Remote or non-service areas may take longer or be unavailable. We'll
    contact you if any restrictions apply.

For all furniture orders, our team will call you on your registered number within
two days of purchase to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.

Is delivery free? What's the minimum purchase for freedelivery?

Free delivery applies to furniture orders above AED 1,000 . For orders below this amount, a delivery charge of AED 150 applies. Free delivery includes assembly and installation by our in-house team.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Currently, we deliver within the UAE only. For bulk or international shipping
enquiries, please contact us at info@alsandian.com

Do you offer express delivery?

We do not currently offer express delivery, but we expect to add this option soon. — OR — Express delivery is available within Dubai for AED [X], subject to product availability.

How will I know the status of my order?

You'll receive order confirmation, dispatch notifications, and delivery updates
by email and SMS. For urgent updates, please contact us at +971 6 563 8551 or
email info@alsandian.com.

What if my product doesn't fit through my door or into myspace?

We strongly recommend checking product dimensions before ordering — large
items like wardrobes, sofas, and dining sets need adequate doorway, lift, and
stairwell access. If a product cannot be delivered due to physical access
restrictions at your address, we will take it back, subject to a return service
charge of AED 150 .

Are there any limits on quantity, weight, or dimensions I canorder?

There are no fixed quantity limits. However, delivery is subject to physical
access at your address — narrow doorways, lack of service lifts, low ceilings, or other obstacles may prevent delivery. Please ensure the receiving area is clear and accessible on your scheduled delivery day.

Installation & Assembly

How long does installation take?

Most accessory items take 30 minutes to 1 hour to install. Larger pieces such
as wardrobes, wall units, beds with storage, and dining sets may take 2–3
hours depending on complexity. Our team will give you a time estimate when
scheduling delivery.

Is assembly included in the price?

Yes — free in-house assembly and installation are included for all furniture
orders above AED 1,000 . This excludes electrical connections, curtain rods,
and wall-blind installation.

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my furniture?

Care varies by material. General guidelines:

  • Beech wood & MDF: Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and humidity. Wipe spills immediately.
  • Linen & fabric upholstery: Vacuum weekly with an upholstery
    attachment. Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh
    chemicals.
  • Velvet: Brush gently in one direction with a soft-bristled brush. Avoid water on the surface; use professional cleaning for deep stains.
  • Faux leather: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid alcohol-based
    cleaners and direct heat.
  • Glass surfaces: Clean with a non-ammonia glass cleaner and microfibre cloth.
  • Stainless steel accents: Wipe with a soft cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they're dispatched. Once your
order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you'll need to accept the
delivery and request a return as per our Return Policy.

How do I request a repair, refund, return, or exchange?

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, missing parts, or quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@alsandian.com or +971 6 563 8551. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as per our Return Policy.

Please note: assembled, used, altered, or installed products, custom-made
items, and items showing signs of misuse are not eligible for return.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on most furniture against manufacturing
defects. The exact warranty period for each product is listed on its product
page. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, improper assembly, or accidents
  • Fading, colour change, or shrinking due to climate or sunlight exposure
  • Products altered or repaired by third parties

Original receipt is required as proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
