Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any order. Kindly refer to our Payment Policy for more details.

If you request to reschedule a confirmed delivery date, or if you or your authorized representative is unavailable at the time of delivery, your order will be rescheduled to the next available delivery slot. The new delivery date will be communicated to you in advance.

If delivery is not accepted within 15 days, or if we are unable to contact you, ALSANDIAN FURNITURES reserves the right to cancel the order and process a refund.

Delivery of large or bulky products will be made at ground level unless a suitable service elevator is available. Some locations, such as older buildings or office premises, may have limited access due to narrow doors, hallways, low ceilings, or the absence of elevators. In such cases, our delivery team may determine that delivery cannot be completed safely without risking damage to the product or property. The final decision regarding delivery feasibility will be made by our delivery team. If delivery cannot be completed due to these access limitations, additional transportation or handling charges may apply.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure that the route to the delivery area and the receiving space are clear, accessible, and ready to accommodate the products. Our delivery team does not dismantle, move, or remove existing furniture from your premises.

For all furniture orders, the ALSANDIAN FURNITURES Customer Service Team will contact you within two days of purchase using your registered phone number to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

Our in-house delivery team provides free assembly and installation services for orders above AED 1,000. If your order requires assembly or installation, this must be confirmed when our team contacts you to schedule the delivery.

Some products may require wall or ceiling mounting during installation. Please note that installation services do not include electrical connections, curtain rod installation, or blind installation. By requesting installation, you authorize our team to drill holes or fix nails and screws into walls or ceilings where necessary for proper support. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALSANDIAN FURNITURES will not be responsible for any damage that may occur to your property during the installation process.

Where necessary, our delivery team may take, transmit, or use photographs and/or videos of your products, related accessories, surrounding area, or installation environment for service support, quality assurance, or claim processing purposes.

We always strive to provide the best possible delivery experience and deliver your orders on time. However, in exceptional circumstances beyond our control, delivery timings may change, or delivery may need to be postponed. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Ans: Standard delivery is usually completed within 5–7 days from the date of order confirmation.

Q: Is delivery free? What is the minimum order value required?

Ans: For furniture orders above AED 1000, delivery and installation are provided free of charge. Orders below AED 1000 are subject to a delivery fee of AED 150.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Ans: No, Cash on Delivery is not available for any orders. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a second delivery can be arranged with an additional delivery charges once payment has been made online or in-store.

Q: Is there a weight limit for online purchases?

Ans: No specific weight restrictions apply to products purchased online.

Q: Is a 0% installment payment option available?

Ans: Yes, eligible customers can choose a 0% installment plan through participating banks and finance providers. Customers may select this option during checkout or contact their bank after the purchase to convert the transaction into installments, subject to the bank's terms and conditions.

Q: Can I cancel or exchange products at the time of delivery?

Ans: Yes, customers may refuse delivery of an order before 24 hours of delivery without additional charges. Exchange requests can also be submitted through our Customer Service Team.

Q: What should I do if there is an issue with my product after delivery?

Ans: For furniture products, returns or refunds are generally not available once the item has been assembled and accepted. Any defects, damage, breakage, or malfunction should be reported immediately.
For accessories, returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the products are in their original packaging and condition with all accompanying documents and accessories.

Q: How can I arrange a convenient delivery date and time?

Ans: Our logistics team will contact you before delivery to confirm and schedule a suitable delivery date and time based on your availability.

Q: What happens if I am unavailable when the delivery team arrives?

Ans: The delivery can be rescheduled to another available date without any additional rescheduling fee.

Q: Can another person receive my order on my behalf?

Ans: Yes, another person can receive the order on your behalf. They must present the order confirmation and a valid Emirates ID or passport at the time of delivery.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Ans: Customers may contact the ALSANDIAN FURNITURES Customer Service Team to request an address change. Depending on the order status, cancellation and placement of a new order may be required.

Q: Can I cancel my order before delivery?

Ans: Yes, orders may be cancelled before delivery. Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
