Marketing Communications

If you have consented to receive marketing communications, we may contact you by email, SMS, push notification, WhatsApp, or post about our products, promotions and events. You can withdraw your consent at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any marketing SMS

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, and we will continue to send essential transactional messages relating to your orders.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, accounting and tax records must be kept for a minimum of five years under UAE law). When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected personal data from a child, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, analyse traffic, and personalise content and advertising.
