Please read these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully before using our website, mobile application, showrooms or any related services (together, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any other policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Acceptance and Changes to the Terms

By browsing the Platform, registering an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We may update these Terms from time to time and will indicate the revision date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review them periodically.

Eligibility and Account Registration

You may browse the Platform without an account, but certain features (such as placing orders, saving wishlists, or accessing loyalty benefits) require registration. To register, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under UAE law.
  • Provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and delivery address.
  • Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you are below 21, please ask a parent or guardian to register and place orders on your behalf. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account if we believe the information provided is false, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.

Permitted Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use the Platform in any way that infringes the rights of others or restricts their enjoyment of it.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sub-licence or lease any part of the Platform or its content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform, except where permitted by law.
  • Use any automated system, robot, scraper or similar tool to access, monitor or copy any part of the Platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, our servers, or any connected network through hacking, password mining or other illegitimate means.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Resell or redistribute any product purchased on the Platform for commercial gain unless we have agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, product designs, videos, audio clips, software and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to Alsandian and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. The Alsandian name, logo and any associated marks are trademarks of Alsandian Furniture Trading L.L.C. You may not use them without our prior written consent. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages of the Platform for your own personal use, provided you do not modify the content or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

Product Information, Pricing and Availability

We make every effort to display our products and their colours, dimensions and finishes as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to natural materials, photographic lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing batches; these are not considered defects. All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions and product availability may change at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications or services. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, security practices, terms or privacy policies. You access such third-party sites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy notices before use.

User-Generated Content

You may submit reviews, comments, photos or other content to the Platform. By doing so, you grant Alsandian a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display such content in connection with our business and marketing. You confirm that any content you submit is your own, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion without notice.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform, close your account, remove content, or cancel orders at our discretion, including (without limitation) where we suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, or activity that may harm Alsandian, its customers, or third parties. Where we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Except where excluding liability is prohibited by law, our total liability to you in connection with any product purchased through the Platform shall not exceed the price paid for that product. Neither Alsandian nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising out of your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Force Majeure

Alsandian shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil disturbance, fire, flood, epidemic, government action, supply-chain failure, strikes, telecommunications or utility failures.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai. These Terms may be published in English and Arabic; in the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail to the extent required by UAE law.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent. We may assign or sub-contract any of our rights or obligations under these Terms at our discretion.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any other policies referenced on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alsandian regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements between us on the same subject.
