1. About us

The website is operated by Alsandian Furniture, based in Bu Shaghara, Hay Al Qasimiah, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. “We” and “us” mean Alsandian Furniture; “you” means the person using the website or ordering from us.

2. Our products

We design and make furniture, including bedroom, dining and living room collections, modular seating and accent pieces. Photos on the website are for guidance. Wood grain, fabric and finish naturally vary, and colours can look different on different screens.

3. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces

Bespoke pieces are made to your size, finish and design. Because they are made for you, the details are confirmed with you before production starts, and changes after production has begun may not be possible. A deposit may be requested before we start, and we will tell you before you commit.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Whether VAT is included is shown with each price and again at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error and will tell you before we go ahead with your order.

Online payments are handled by a secure third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Placing an order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address, and we will refund any payment you made for it.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in Sharjah and Dubai only. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on stock or production time. Please check your items when they arrive and tell us about any damage or missing items as soon as possible.

7. Quality guarantee and returns

We stand behind the quality of our furniture. The warranty and return terms that apply to each product are shown when you buy it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UAE law.

8. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from our fault.

9. Using the website

Do not misuse the website, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. All text, photos, designs and logos on the website belong to Alsandian Furniture or its licensors, and you may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or of the law. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for events outside our reasonable control, such as supplier or transport disruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim elsewhere under mandatory consumer law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when you placed it. The date at the top shows when the text last changed.
