Your order is confirmed by our team. If an item is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address, we refund what you paid for it.
Delivery dates are estimates and depend on stock or production time. We will contact you to confirm the delivery.
Check your items when they arrive and tell us about any damage or missing items as soon as possible.
Bespoke pieces are made to your size, finish and design. The details are confirmed with you before production starts, and changes after it has begun may not be possible. A deposit may be requested before we start, and we will tell you before you commit.
