Alsandian Furniture (“we”, “us”) is a furniture company based in Bu Shaghara, Hay Al Qasimiah, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

• Account details: your email address and a password, which is never stored in readable form. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us.
• Delivery details: the address in Sharjah or Dubai where you want your order delivered.
• Enquiry details: information about your project, your space and your preferences, including any files you send us.
• Order details: what you ordered, its status and your payment status. Card details are entered with our payment provider; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical data: basic information such as your browser, device and the pages you viewed, collected in server logs to keep the site working and secure.

• To answer your enquiries and provide design consultations.
• To create and manage your account.
• To process, deliver and service your orders, including warranty claims.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as UAE law requires, for example for tax and accounting records. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, restricted staff access and secure payment providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask you to keep your password private.

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell you on the website.
